This policy explains what data VPNAW collects in the course of providing cross-border network acceleration, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how users can delete it. If anything here is unclear, you can raise it through the ticket section of the user panel.

1. Scope

This policy covers the cross-border network acceleration service formed by the vpnaw.com website, the VPNAW user panel and the clients for each platform, including account registration, plan purchases, subscription link management and route connections. By registering an account, purchasing a plan or using a client, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the data practices described here.

This policy does not cover third-party websites and services accessed through the service: those sites have their own privacy rules, and their own pages are the authoritative source. The service provides international routes and network acceleration only, and does not take part in how third-party sites collect data.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

Data collection serves one purpose only: getting subscriptions to paying accounts accurately, and keeping accounts recoverable and orders verifiable.

  • Account information: registration needs only a username and password, with no email address required. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; the system never keeps plaintext passwords.
  • Order and billing records: plan tier, data allowance, payment method, order time and status — used to activate routes, process renewals, work out the price difference on mid-term upgrades and settle refunds.
  • Visit statistics: aggregated page views, referrers and device types, used to see which help pages need work and to diagnose site problems. These figures serve site operations only and are never used for advertising.

Apart from those three categories, neither registration nor day-to-day use asks for your name, address, ID number or similar identifying details.

3. Anonymous No-Logs Stance

VPNAW runs on an anonymous, no-logs basis: it does not record which sites or content users visit, and it keeps no connection logs linking connection times to an account.

The traffic figures needed for billing are usage totals only — for example, traffic used this month and the remaining balance of a data pack — with no destination addresses, content or DNS query details. So even if asked about a specific account's browsing history, the service has no such data to provide.

Login records (time and source IP) are used only for unusual-login alerts and ticket verification, and are not retained long term.

What anonymous no-logs means in practice: billing counts usage totals only (such as traffic used this month); which websites were visited and what content was transferred fall outside what is recorded.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses a small number of cookies and browser local storage, for three purposes only:

  • Remembering your language preference so your next visit opens in the language you picked;
  • Keeping you signed in so the user panel does not ask you to log in again while the session is valid;
  • Recording anonymous visit statistics to help understand how pages are used.

This data serves those functions only and is never used for cross-site ad tracking. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings; after clearing, your language preference resets and the user panel requires a fresh sign-in, but your plan and subscription are unaffected.

5. Payments and Third-Party Processing

Plans can be paid for with Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Payment happens on the relevant provider's own pages, so account credentials and payment passwords never pass through this site's servers; VPNAW receives only the payment result — order number, amount and payment status — to activate the plan and for after-sales checks.

With USDT, transfer records are publicly visible on the blockchain, and their association with a site account is used for order verification only. The site's anonymous visit statistics run on this site's own domain, and page data is not forwarded to any external analytics service.

6. Data Retention and Policy Updates

  • Retention periods: account information is kept for as long as the account exists; order and billing records are kept until the plan ends and through the 60-day no-questions-asked refund accounting period, after which they are cleared along with the account data.
  • How to delete: submit a deletion request through the ticket section of the user panel; once account ownership is verified, the account and its associated data are deleted. Deletion is irreversible, and any remaining traffic and plan benefits are voided at the same time.
  • Policy updates: when this policy changes, the content of this page and the "Last updated" date are revised directly; major changes to how data is handled are explained in the site announcements. Continued use of the service counts as acceptance of the updated policy.
