Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the agreement between you and VPNAW regarding use of the service. By registering for, purchasing, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accept all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.

Service Scope

VPNAW provides cross-border network acceleration: international routes connect your devices to overseas network exits so you can reach international websites and online services. Coverage spans 100+ countries and 170+ routes, split into three types — IEPL dedicated lines, relay, and direct connections. Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with installers provided inside the user panel.

Subscriptions come in two forms: monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used up and never expire. The service delivers network acceleration for cross-border access and makes no commitment about the reachability of any specific third-party website or app; third-party platforms set their own access policies, which are outside the service's control.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough. One subscription supports unlimited simultaneous devices and can be used across multiple devices you own. Accounts and subscriptions are for the registered user only; reselling, renting, lending, or sharing them among several people is prohibited, as is posting subscription links in public groups, forums, or any third-party distribution channel.

A subscription link is equivalent to account credentials, so keep it safe. Any data usage or account risk caused by a leaked link is borne by the account holder. Where reselling or public sharing is detected, the service may suspend the account involved.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using the service, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of the place where you use it, and you are responsible for your own online activity. The following uses are prohibited:

  • Sending spam or bulk harassment;
  • Launching network attacks or port scans;
  • Distributing malware;
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy;
  • Any other unlawful or illegal use.

Stress testing, bulk scraping, reverse engineering, or any other activity that interferes with the normal operation of the service is also prohibited. Accounts that breach these requirements will be suspended or terminated depending on the severity.

Billing and Refunds

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs last until used up and never expire.

Refund policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 60 days of your first payment. Refunds are returned through the original payment method, and how quickly they arrive depends on that provider's processing time.

Service Availability and Liability

The service continuously maintains route and client availability, but cross-border links are affected by upstream data center maintenance, international bandwidth fluctuations, and force majeure, so brief interruptions or speed changes can occur — a common reality for services of this kind. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; consequences of a user's breach of these Terms are borne by the user.

If a connection problem does not recover for an extended period, submit a ticket through the user panel and the service will handle it based on the actual situation.

Account Termination and Changes to Terms

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in the following situations:

  • Violating the acceptable use requirements;
  • Reselling or publicly sharing a subscription;
  • Filing a dispute or chargeback through the payment provider;
  • Circumstances required by law or regulation.

Users may also stop using the service at any time; refunds are handled under the “Billing and Refunds” section. These Terms are updated as the service changes, and the new last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
