VPNAW's Service Positioning and Operating Principles

VPNAW serves three groups: people working or studying abroad who need frequent access to services back in mainland China; people in mainland China who need reliable access to overseas databases, developer tools and AI tools; and small teams that treat cross-border access as everyday office infrastructure and need one subscription to cover multiple devices. It solves one thing — getting the device in your hand reliably connected to an exit in the target region, instead of leaving users to piece routes together themselves.

Routes are maintained in three tiers: IEPL dedicated lines run on separate channels and suit jitter-sensitive work such as live meetings, voice calls and gaming; relay routes hold up better at peak hours and suit everyday browsing and video; direct routes cost less in bandwidth and suit high-volume downloads. The rule for choosing is scenario first — latency-sensitive work goes on dedicated lines, throughput-first work goes on direct routes. Routes are grouped and maintained by region and type, and any addition or retirement is announced in the user panel.

When a connection misbehaves, run three checks first: confirm the exit IP has actually switched to the target region, confirm which DNS resolver is in use, and confirm the per-app proxy rules cover the current program; most cases of “connected but not going through the route” are pinned down at this step. Once local settings are ruled out, try another route in the same region; if it still fails, file a ticket in the user panel with the client name, route name and a description of the symptoms — the handling record stays in the ticket for later reference.

The service is anonymous and keeps no logs: browsing content and destinations are never recorded, and only the minimum information required to open a subscription and bill for it is retained. Sign-up needs no email address — a username and password are enough to get started — so the account system holds nothing that could be pieced together into an identity. Payments go through Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and the payment step only handles the order itself.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-term upgrades are prorated against the remaining days.
